About the role
You will work closely on commercial valuations for strategy and disputes:

• Valuations of business, shares, options, IP and assets (including intangible assets);
• Commercial valuations across cost, market and discounted cash flow
• Use of varied Valuations tools for discounted cash flow, asset pricing, comparable sales, replacement costs, earnings multiples and excess earnings;
• Independent Expert Reports;
• Litigation support; and
• Strategic advice

  
About you

• Strong analytical and research capability;
• Strong report writing skills;
• Strong modelling skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong time management and organisational skills;
• Degree in one or more fields including, Accounting, Management, Commerce, Business or Finance; and
